Due to our unique vision and mission statement, GOODMAN is one of a very few recruitment agencies, that do not charge any placement or facilitation fee from its workers and applicants, other than those as mandated & allowed by POEA thereby ensuring that the selection process is based on the qualifications of the applicants, not on their ability to pay facilitation or placement fees. In addition to not charging placement fees, our company sponsors continuing education and test review training for qualified applicants through it affiliates. In most cases, we also arrange for the prepaid transportation and legal services to the countries of destination for our qualified applicants. Satisfaction is always guaranteed at GOODMAN, if you are not satisfied with your employee, we will replace him at no cost to the employer during their first sixty (60) day trial employment period.
