| About | I am writing to introduce grosvenor waste management Ltd and the services that we provide. Grosvenor waste specialise in resource management. Our aim is to divert as much waste as possible away from landfill and into manufacturing, whether materials arise from municipal, commercial or industrial waste streams. Close contact with our customers and regular discussion on methods of improving our business to include a more integrated waste management package focusing on resource management. Our main site in England currently diverts approximately 500, 000 tonnes away from landfill each year. Our site in the south east of England has a full waste management licence and our secondary site in the North of England provides facilities management, waste collection and materials processing and purchasing services. Grosvenor waste management have designed and developed a materials recovery facility (mrf) at our head office in the south east of England. This site currently recovers and ensures the recycling of 360, 000 tonnes of dry recyclables each year. The mrf system has a current recovery rate of over 95% . The mrf generates output materials of a standard high enough to meet manufacturing quality specifications and can take almost any mix of recyclables. We send 100-140, 000 tonnes to landfill each year with the majority being used for biofuel. Grosvenor waste management exports approximately 35, 000 tonnes of dry waste each month.
