Our factories are located in the Ningxi Development Area, Zengcheng City, Guangdong, cover an area over 66,000 square meter. Our factory has a beautiful environment; with the carpet of green grass categorized the factories as modernized garden type factories. "Guangzhou Butrom Precise Parts-Making Ltd.", is formed in 1999, which is specialize in manufacture engine gasket kits and windshield wiper-blades. Since the company established, the company invested over 30 million RMB for advance production equipments, quality control systems, and products research development. By now the company has developed over 200 models of cylinder head gaskets and over 100 types of full-set gaskets, also for every gasket we provide many standard to fulfill all costumers' need. Under the management of our quality control system our unqualified product ratio is lower than 50 piece per million. In April 2004 we have qualified the achievement of QS9000. "Guangzhou Tyra Tinplate Printing and Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd.", is formed in 2007, specialize in tinplate printing and aerosol can manufacturing. The company brought in three sets of Fuji Primex-452 tinplate printing machines and two sets of Fuji Primex-452 tinplate coating machines from Japan. Also brought in three sets of fully automatic aerosol can production lines, monthly production quantity can be reach over 9 million cans. |
