| About | We are a specialty processor of California bay leaves offering premium dry bay leaves in bulk that are wild-harvested and hand sorted, possessing a deep green color and a delicious aroma. While not currently Certified Organic, our product is all natural and our goal is to obtain Organic Certification in the near future. We are interested in developing relationships with Herb & Spice distributors focused on providing their discriminating clients with herbs of the highest quality. We have been in the bay leaf business since 1999, selling only fresh leaves to at first. In 2005 we began processing our own dry leaves for bulk sale. All of our dry product is tested at Certified Laboratories in N. Y. to assure cleanliness and safety. |
