Technical notes on the application of Aquadizer products

Basic features:
Oxidizes all bacteria and organic pollution leaving a protective H202 time active coating on the product to protect the product against infection and re-infection
Aquadizer - dissolves both gram positive as well gram-negative bacteria, viruses, molds, algae and prevents bacterial slime build up in water systems, spas and swim pools
Aquadizer is no antibiotic, so no bacterial resistance can be built up Aquadizer -has the features of a broad-spectrum disinfectant and distinguishes itself from conventional disinfectant by its long-lasting effect and coating capabilities. Thanks to its unique features, Aquadizer- is allowed to be in contact with foodstuffs, provided the prescribed concentrations and dilutions are respected.

Internal environmental policy:
Many food producing and agri-business companies have problems with the management of their bacteriological situation. Using Aquadizer is a remedy to control this problem. Legislation will force companies to come up to stated requirements. Those requirements will to a certain extent- depend on technical possibilities. Aquadizer helps to meet these requirements and in the end both producer and customer will benefit from this.

Applications
Applications of Aquadizer are divided in two categories; preservation and disinfection.

Preservation:
Preventing bacteriological increase
This application is for the treatment of food, this is because food cannot be treated with conventional disinfectants. Here a low concentration of Aquadizer solution is used to prevent bacterial growth or that the present bacteriological contamination level will increase.

Disinfection 1:
The purpose is to reduce the bacteriological level significantly. Disinfection of production/ storage rooms, equipment and machinery comes under this category. Once disinfected, use of a low concentration of Aquadizer will prevent bacteriological growth.

The main difference between these applications is the concentration of Aquadizer the concentrations for preserving are of course lower than for disinfecting. Aquadizer is used to control the bacteriological cleanness of the product and in various fresh, deep frozen, dried and other sorts of preserved foods , such as diced or pre-cooked vegetables, dairy products, mussels, shrimps, various other fish products, meat and meat products as well as readymade meals.
Other applications are the treatment of consumption and hatching eggs, stables and areas where food products are prepared, processed, packed and stored.

Disinfection 2:
Because of its broad disinfection potential, Aquadizer destroys gram-positive as well as gram-negative bacteria, viruses, yeasts, algae and fungi and it prevents the building up of slime and foam.
Aquadizer is non-antibiotic, which means there is no risk that the bacteria will become resistant to Aquadizer.

For disinfecting surfaces
(E.g. the walls and machinery) and to maintain an optimal hygienic climate in living quarters
(e.g. stables, hatcheries, storage rooms
Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
