| About | 1. From our very large facility at Greater Noida, India we are able to cater to all large volume magazines, catalogues, annual reports, directories and books. 2. The two rotogravure printing machines can turn around more than 50000 Tonnes of paper per year based on 52 gsm LWC. 3. Gravure printing has distinct advantages over web offset in terms of width (no.of pages per forme as the paper reel would be 2.45m wide so one can print 96 pages A4 per sheet), speed (50000 copies printed and bound per hour for 96 pages self cover) @ 13 metres of paper per second, quality of high end glossy images and is environmental friendly since all of the chemical in vapour form from inks is captured back,reprocessed and recycled. 4. HT Burda Media Ltd is a JV between Hindustan Times, India (a major newspaper company using 175,000 Tonnes of paper per year across 20 plants in India, also having participation in internet and radio with products under JVs with Virgin,Wall Street Journal and Washington Post) and Burda Druck GmbH, Germany ( a 2.5 billion euro company engaged in gravure printing converting 375,000 Tonnes of paper annually and having huge participation in internet, radio and publishing business as well). Size of reels are not an issue as we would be using same size (2.45m) reels always. 6.
