| About | Based on "OPC Industrialization Project" which is one of the key high-tech projects of national 863 program of China, Handan Photoc Technologies Co., Ltd. was established in June 2000. We are jointly invested by Hanguang Machinery Plant, China Ship Building Industry Corporation and Institute of Chemistry of China Academy of Science. Photoc develops from the selenium drum manufacture division of Hanguang Machinery Plant which has began manufacturing drums and toner since 1970s and cooperated with Sanyo in 1970s and Konica in 1980s to provide them with OEM products. Up to now, Photoc has accumulated more than 30 years' experience of developing and manufacturing drums, toner and other consumables alike. With self-owned intellectual property rights, patent coating chemicals and processes, Photoc is specializing in developing and manufacturing various kinds of OPC drums and toner for laser printers, digital copiers, plain paper fax machines and other multi-functions. Photoc's R&D centre is located in the Institute of Chemistry under China Academy of Science in Beijing and has many top experienced professors, specialists and technicians there. They keep developing new technologies and engineering approaches with an eye to further improve the performance of products which ensure our company's long-lasting development and consistent product performance. Photoc owns automatic OPC coating and toner lines introduced from Japan, the USA and Germany with our annual capacity of 5 million pieces OPC drums and 1000 tons toner. The second-phase project under construction in Handan Development Area will enhance the annual capacity for OPC drum to be up to 10 millions pieces and for toner to 5000 tons within 3 to 5 years. Handan Photoc has established a stringent quality control system to guarantee quality consistency. Advanced OPC drum optoelectronic characteristics test equipment, OPC coating thickness measurement instruments, densitometer, environment test chambers, gas chromatography, spectrometers and other equipment ensure high performance of our products. Nowadays Photoc enjoys a promising market both at home and abroad. Photoc's products are exported to America, Japan, Germany, India, Argentina, Russia, Australia and other countries and regions, with an ever-increasing market share and influence all over the world.
