| About | Hangzhou Huaxin Crank Foundry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and, since that time, has continued its endeavors to reach the forefront of the industry. Employing around 50 people at its 6000-square-meter Yiqiao plant, the foundry manufactures high integrity iron castings. Each of these castings requires close monitoring to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to the metal's tight metallurgical properties. The Company supplies a wide range of castings mainly into the automotive industry, including crankshafts, cylinder blocks and heads, brake drums and discs, differential cases, suspension brackets, steering knuckles, and other non-standard casting parts less than 2 tons. Some 10% of the products are exported to customers in Western Europe, while most of them are supplied to a giant domestic OEM customer, Zhejiang Xinchai, China's leading manufacturer of diesel engines. The foundry uses green sand, resin bonded sand and coated sand moulding systems with electric furnaces and cupola furnaces, and also has machining capability for finish products.
