And its associated enterprise Ningxia Haosheng Paper Industrial Co., Ltd are controlled by the same legal entity, as a major investor, the former holds 88% equity interest in the latter. Project Alternatives: 1. Look for an Indian investor and jointly form a new JV to import and export cotton linters & fuzzy cottonseeds, as per the amount of investment and investment proportion shall be determined through friendly negotiation. 2. Look for an Indian supplier of cotton linters & fuzzy cottonseeds and cooperate in trading in cotton linters. 3. Look for an Indian investor, while we will provide know-how, equipments and engineers to build a factory in India to further process fuzzy cottonseeds, but we shall take the responsibility for underwriting the final products. 4. Look for other legal and workable methods of cooperation and investment. |
