| About | Our company is specialized in production and distribution of the high quality hazelnut kernels. The Factory is equipped with the high quality equipment(Brovind production) according to international standards. To ensure high quality of our goods, we are employing strict quality control system, which is recommended and implemented together with industry expert from Turkey. Quality Control system implemented within company begins in harvest fields, where raw hazelnut is gathered, and takes though whole production process, before goods are shipped to customers. The whole process of Quality Control is facilitated with our Laboratory, which is equipped with modern equipments. HAZELNUT FACTORY Ltd produces hazelnut kernels with next characteristics: 1. moisture condition Max 6 %; 2. Sizes:11\13,13\15; 3. Total damages Max 2 %; 4. Packaged in Jute bags 80/50 kg; With quantity 10 000 kg of natural hazelnut kernels(70% 13\15,30 % 11\13) per day Company can also produce directly roasted hazelnut kernels(11\13,13\15 mm), hazelnut meal, chopped hazelnut with different sizes. All roasted products are packed in vacuum, with sizes from 2 kg until 40 kg. With quantity 5 000 kg of roasted hazelnuts per day. |
