| About | Hebei Jiuzhou Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. We are located in Zhao County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province of China. There are six manufacturing divisions in our firm, covering an area of 8.8 acres. Our company is ISO-9000 registered. The products of our company are mainly exported to America and Japan. In order to satisfy different demands and expand overseas market, we keep on developing our products. Generally our company makes machining parts and pressings, including seats & parts of industrial & agricultural machinery, as well as the parts of vending machines and car parking lifts. We are also able to make many kinds of parts according to your sample or drawing. Because of the strict quality control and reasonable price, our products are acceptable by international market and getting well-known. Workshops and Main Equipment 1. Machining Workshop We have many kinds of machines for machining, such as large planning, milling and grinding machines, CNC thread cutting machines, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, grinding machines and many kinds of ordinary lathes and milling machines. We are able to make large-sized moulds independently and all kinds of mechanical components. 2. Punching Workshop There are some large-sized press machines to produce large and complex steel sheet pressings in our workshop, including 8mm X 2500mm shearing machines, two hydraulic presses of 315 tons, a punching press of 250 tons, three different kinds of mechanical presses from 100 to 200 tons, two punching presses of 80 tons and three punch presses of 60 tons, 40 tons and 25 tons. 3. Welding Workshop We have advanced technology of argon arc welding, carbon dioxide protecting welding, automatic welding and ordinary welding. Our welding products are awarded the certification from NC of Japan. 4. Surface Treating Workshop Large sand shooting machines and plastic powder coating lines are used for all kinds of parts. 5. Spring Making Branch Works We produce all kinds of springs for Vending Machines. At present 2 million pieces are delivered to the USA per year. 6. Assembly Workshop Skilled workers and 4000-square-meter building are available for seats and other products. Quality Control Quality Control Department is undertaking examination and quality control of the products. From purchasing materials to production, assembly, packing, storing and shipping, we check every dimension and every step of the production when it is necessary. Main Products 1. Vending Machines and their Components We produce vending machines and their components, especially all kinds of springs for vending machines that are supplied to the vending machine companies in America. 2. Seats of Tractors and Industrial & Agricultural Machinery We produce various seats of tractors. Today we are making 28 kinds of seats for different tractors. Among these, the vacuum shaping cushions made by vinyl with fabric back are mostly welcomed by the users. We are working relying on advanced technology, long term practice, and complete testing and entire quality control systems, so we can develop every kind of new seat according to the demands of users. 3. Components of Car Parking Lifts We manufacture all kinds of parts for NHPS in Japan, including stoppers, levers, pallets and roller frames.
