Social Responsibilities Environmental Care Land development in harmony with nature is one of the key areas Hemaraj concentrates on. With good planning and well-designed process management, Hemaraj always keeps its infrastructure, potable water treatment and waste water treatment systems well maintained to ensure that industry and nature co-exist in sustainable manner. Hemaraj also takes pride in our additional way of waste water treatment, wetland project. This involves using plants and bacteria to treat the wastewater so it is environmental friendly and saves energy consumption. In terms of solid waste, Hemaraj entered an agreement with Waste Management Siam, a world class professional in modern sanitary landfill, to set up a landfill site in Hemaraj Chonburi Industrial Estate to provide services to customers and factories on the Eastern Seaboard. Education As education is key to the development of Thailand, for more than 10 years, Hemaraj has provided continuous assistance in the form of annual contribution programs and scholarships.
