| About | High Weald Dairy is a family run business, based upon our Organic Farm here in Sussex, England. We make Award Winning cheeses, including hard, soft and smoked cheeses from Organic cow and sheeps milk, with goats milk a new addition. The cheese is made in a modern SALSA accredited dairy, using only vegetable rennet with Pasteurised milk. Recent successes comprise a Gold for our Saint Giles in The World Cheese 2009 Awards for The Best British Cheese and The Best English Cheese, finishing 5th overall out of 2,400 cheeses Internationally. Ashdown Foresters and Brother Michael both won Gold in The British 2009 Cheese Awards. |
