Currently, Hoche Partners Capital is developing (2) High-end Residential Condominium Towers in Midtown Manhattan. Hoche Partners has (2) other international offices in Paris and Tokyo and has been active in providing both investment banking services and development expertise to partners and clients in both in-city and resort hotel development(s) , land development(s) and small business transactions in the United States, Europe and Asia. We have also formed in continental Europe a mezzanine debt fund that serves the capital needs of the small to medium sized real estate developers in continental Europe.
