| About | Built in 2007, Hubei Dayu Hanguang Vacuum Electric Co., Ltd. is not only a key enterprise making electronic vacuum products, but also one of the designated manufacturers for the scientific research and manufacture of military electronic devices. Our company is a large enterprise in China. After years' development, our factory has been built into a development and production base for high power vacuum products. Our company has become a main manufacturer in China which exports electronic vacuum products to international market. Our factory has advanced assembly lines and a complete set of vacuum testing equipment. Our company has been rated as "National Second Level Qualified Metrical Unit". Our factory owns a research center with rich technical forces and is greatly capable of developing and producing many sorts of products with high-new technology. Our major products are vacuum interrupters, vacuum circuit breakers, switchgear components, ceramic insulators, insulator porcelains, mechanisms and embedded poles. Vacuum interrupters are chiefly designed for vacuum circuit-breakers, vacuum load-breaking switches and vacuum contactors. The switch gears equipped with Dayu Hanguang brand vacuum interrupters are now widely used in the power distribution and transmission of the electric power industry, metallurgy, and mining. As the quality has been highly improved, our products are now exported to Europe, Southeast Asia and some other countries and regions. The rated voltage of our products is ranging from 1.14KV to 72.5KV; rated current is from 630A to 5000A and rated short circuit breaking current is from 12.5KA to 80KA. Nevertheless, our vacuum interrupters meet or exceed the standards of E2 Level of GB1984-2003 and IEC62271-100. In order to participate in the fierce competition at home and abroad, our vacuum interrupters have been continuously used by our customers in KEMA Test Station, CPRI India Test Station, CESI Italy Test Station and China Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute HV Test Station and some other test stations in Korea and Romania. At present, the annual production capacity of vacuum interrupter comes up to 120,000 units and that of vacuum circuit-breaker is 5,000 sets. Many of our products have been listed in the Torch Plan of State and National New Product Plan. Over 50 products have won the prize of provincial and national quality products. |
