| About | We at hungdat are both captive and custom injection molders. Being a captive molder, we built molds ourselves which we mold products for international sales and plastic parts for in-house use. Being a custom injection molder, we can help our clients design and built molds. At hungdat we can also help with the manufacturing of the products or parts to the client's particular needs. We provide services from start of the project, to finish of mass production. Our one-step service also can support our client's in packaging designs and our shipping department can arrange container shipments to the client's appointed destination. Our molding manufacturing processes for our client consists of single cavity molds, multi-cavity molds and family molds. Once we have reviewed the clients files we can advise which kind of cavity mold is best suited for the project. Hungdat, we use PRO/engineer software for per production plannig on molding. With this in hand we can provide our clients with 3D drawing of their concept for per-viewing before we move onto mold fabrication. In our design house we use the latest adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator in package designs. And with services like 4-axis wire electrical discharge machining (ecm) and cnc machining capabilities we are well equipped. And with other machine abilities consist of milling, drilling grinding, jig boring, jig grinding, honing, polishing, metal forming, wire welding, arc, tig, mig, welders performing all welding proccess on aluminium, metal and wire products Our factory sites on a 20 acre land with 88 ton,120 ton,140ton, and 150 ton injection molding machines on site ready to service our clients. And a large team of q/a and packing staffs to asure that our clients product is delivered on schedule. Our staffing consites of mold designers, mold makers, mold helper, machinists, cnc machinists, edm machinists, mold repair/maint, polishers, mold cleaners, metal pressers, welders, q/a team, assembling staffs, and packaging staffs With many thanks from the supports of our valuable customers, we have been recognized for our abilities to manufacture innovative, durable products.
