| About | IREL, spol. s r. o. (incorporated 1994) is a parent company of MORAVOL, spol. s r.o. (incorporated 1995), while both enterprises are owned by Zdenek Svehlik. Since the very beginning, both these subjects deeply cooperate, focusing namely on processing of vegetable materials for purposes of preparation for final insulation of natural substances in pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Many of these raw materials and products are applied in the production of vegetable extracts and tinctures for pharmaceutical use (APIs), as well as for use in cosmetic preparations. For the production of cosmetic preparations, vegetable oils and derivates are used. These are gained when processing oily fruits of medicinal plants. Starting vegetable materials are grown by contractual partners under the conditions of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) and they are further processed under the conditions of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to semi products and final products. All processes are ruled by the goal of inclusive maximum protection of active natural substances, ensuring the quality of products throughout of their manufacturing time and in respect of ecology in terms of use of renewable resources and non-waste technologies. The processing of vegetable materials as leaves, tops, roots and special ones (ergot, yew) is principal for the enterprise profile due to the volume of production and due to the utilization of the resulting products both by our own company and by our external partners within the pharmaceutical industry. Cosmetic preparations designated for humans are the second oldest type of our production. The original contractual production of medical cosmetics for the pharmaceutical industry was transferred to the IREL enterprise from the original manufacturer after purchasing the intellectual property. Besides the preparations of main products of lines Camillca, Capillan and Dia, the product portfolio was enlarged with lines Mariol, Iterlona, and Irsha. In 2008, in addition to the preparations for humans, we started the production of cosmetic preparations for veterinary use focused namely on the care of hair and skin of animals. Production of extracts and tinctures of medical substances, authorized by the State Institute for Drug Control (SUKL), was initiated in 2008. Besides extracts from the category of pharmaceutically active substances (APIs), we also manufacture extracts and tinctures for the production of cosmetic preparations.
