| About | "Iberus-Kiev" enterprise has launched manufacturing of woodworking tools on its own production basis in 1990. In the market of Commonwealth of Independent States (Russia, Ukraine ect. . ) the new modern tools designed on the basis of up-to-date technologies were first presented. Peculiarities of these technologies are: - broad application of designs of milling cutters with mechanical attachment of knives; - usage of hard alloy (HW) of the German corporation Leuco for manufacturing of knives on own profiles; - the application of standard hard-alloy (HW) knives ground with 2 and 4 parties, that in as much time augments their service life; - grinding of slots under knives, which increases accuracy of knives installation, that, in its turn, results in improvement of the quality of work and increase of service life of cutters; - the application of facing knives creates favourable operational mode for the main knives, provides a capability of their overturning, essentially reduces loads on the equipment, guarantees quality of timber processing; - nthe dynamic balancing of cutters provides a decrease of end beating, and also reduces loads, noise level, vibration; - the application of light alloys at manufacturing of cutter bodies considerably diminishes loads on bearing mount assemblies of spindles, the price of which often surpasses the cost of the tools. The decrease of loads essentially prolongs the service life of your equipment. Alongside with universal hard alloy for processing of different wood species and timber-based materials the application of specialized HW, intended for processing MDF and chip boards is possible, if beforehand it is known, what material will be treated. In a design of our cutters not only best foreign experience is taken into account, but also tastes of the domestic producer and customer. We know them, how anybody other, as we have at our disposal wood-working manufacturing, where high technologies and new tools are worked through. We widely use stored technical and engineering experience and a know-how, especially at the solution of atypical and off-gauge problems. Therefore a diversification of cutters introduced in our catalogue is not final. We shall produce any cutter under your draft or sample and we shall ensure its effective work on your equipment. In an arsenal of our enterprise there is a repeated experience of engineering process creation taking into account equipment, which is at our customer's disposal. Perspective area of activity is working out and manufacturing of the shank-type cutters intended for processing centers with a CNC and vertical milling machines. The application of the shank-type cutters enables to increase essentially decorative (artistic) shapes of items, for example, at manufacturing of profile curved-concave parts of furniture facades and imitation of wood engraving made on copy-mills and machine tools with a CNC. Especially we should emphasize working out and application of the shank-type cutters for manufacturing door and window sets on the advanced roboting machine tools. The constant perfecting of tools is impossible without modernization of own manufacturing. The main and constant development trend of "Iberus-Kiev" is the application in manufacturing of machine tools with a PNC, the quantity of which increases each year. In 2002 the license package of the modern designer software "Pro / engineer" is introduced, which alongside with unique capabilities in designing comprises a module for technological drivers for machine tools with a CNC creation: and " the through technology "-from the designer's computer up to cutters assembling-became a reality.
