JD Vintage Scooters are the experts of restoring Italian vespa150, lambretta Li, Ld. lambretta gp200. We also restore vintage bikes like JAWA, BSA 250, 350, 500, Truimp, Matchless 350 etc. We are constantly searching for new ways to provide vintage scooters with high standard of quality that satisfy or exceed our costumers expectations. Our mechanics are one of the best vespa, lambretta, lml mechanics and were working with vespa or lambretta company before joining allvintagescooters. Our Workshop Is Built Up On The Area Of 2500 to 3500 sq ft Equipped With Some OF The High Tech Modern Amenities. 15 to 20 Employees are working in our workshop. All vintage scooters after restoring the vintage is sent to our proud customers situated all around the world having a royal taste of it. Our Workshop Is Built Up On The Area Of 6000sqft, (One Of The Biggest Shops) Equipped With Some OF The High Tech Modern Amenities. We Pried Our Selves In Investing In The Latest Hi Tech Equipments Like Hydraulic Ramps, Air Pressure Guns, Steel Sata Guns, Automatic Wheel Changer, Magnetic Pullers, Morden Oven For Paints, Automatic Compressors, Chroming Plant. Each scooter is restored and reconditioned to original specifications and is finished to an extremely high quality standard using many new parts. All units are stripped down to their bare metal frame, re-aligned, then painted in a 4 + 1 (metallic) step process (rust preventive. Primer, main color and clear coat) with Asian PPG paint, than re-wired & re-cabled. Before final assembly the engine is completely stripped, rebuilt and tested with a burn in due to the new parts used. We are also providing our scooter with new SIL Lambretta GP200 engine and new LML Vespa 150 Engine |
