| About | Jiangyin Qingsong Textile Co., Ltd. is situated in Jiangyin Hi-tech Industry Park of Jiangsu Province, a charismatic base of developed Chinese economy, adjacent to Shanghai-Nanjing Freeway and Highway along Yangtze River, enjoying convenient transportation. We are a production and trade enterprise with independent import & export authority. Our main products are all kinds of yarn-dyed fabrics. Founded in 1996, we boast strong technology strength and advanced management. Our company owns a set of complete production process equipment from sizing, warping, weaving to finishing. In addition, our enterprise has a high-grade package dyeing production line with the production capacity ranging from 1KG, 10KG, 300KG, 500KG,1000KG to 2500KG; 2 home-made large sizing machines, which are matched with 8 few-axis warping machines and suitable for high-count and high-density blended and pure-cotton products; 2 sizing machines, which are suitable for enlarged samples and small order; 8 home-made front-channel high-speed silk and cotton warping machines, which are suitable for the warping of pure chemical fiber and pure cotton thread products without sizing; and more than 160 rapier weaving machines, ranging from thick-type to thin-type and from blended pure chemical fiber to pure cotton and other kinds of color-woven cloth. Our company produces 8 million meters of products. All of our products are exported to European & American markets, especially suit-dress fabrics. The main varieties: 1) color-woven elastic cloth series: cotton-nylon elastic cloth, polyester-cotton elastic cloth, pure-cotton elastic cloth and polyester-nylon elastic cloth; 2) non elastic series: color-woven voile, high count pure-cotton poplin and more. Our company now has more than 300 employees, among whom there are more than 20 production technologists who have strong analysis and independent development and design abilities, and more than 20 managers who construct an integral management system including the sale, production, technology, on-site check, merchandiser work, quality control and after-sales service. Our company strictly carries out product quality management, and establishes a product testing center, which includes yarn appearance quality test, yarn strength test, fabric strength and spring reversion force test, fabric dye fastness test, fabric shrinkage test, fabric pH value test and more.
