Jinan shengquan hepworth chemical co. Ltd. Is a chinese-uk joint venture, which is known as jsqhcl. The parties of the venture are Jinan shengquan group share-holding co. Ltd(sq) and hepworth mineral and chemicals ltd. (hmc). The aim of the joint venture is to develop, manufacture, market and sell phenol formaldehyde resin(p-f resin) for use in refractory materials; abrasive and friction materials; construction materials; surface coatings; engineering materials; foundry resin coated sand and other p-f resin applications. The initial investment is us$5,000,000. As part of the investment a new phenolic resin manufacturing plant has been designed to produce 15,000 tes of resin per year. Using the latest manufacturing facilities and advanced resin technology, jsqhcl will produce hign quality resins for use in high technology applications such as refractory, metallurgical and other related markets. |
