| About | Jinyimeng Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise group located in Linshu County, Shandong province, China. Now, our company has total assets of 2 billion Yuan and employs about 2000 staff members, covering an area of over 2,000mu (about 133 hectares). Our group presently has many subsidiary companies as follows. Linyi Jinyimeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest subsidiary companies of Jinyimeng Group. Main products include ethyl acetate (250,000mts/a), n-butyl acetate (50,000mts/a), ethanol (including 95% content and 99.0% content anhydrous, over 300,000mts/a), acetic acid (over 80,000mts/a), acetic anhydride (50,000-150,000mts/a), glyoxal (20,000mts/a), croton aldehyde (20,000mts/a), pentaerythritol, D-phenylGlycine, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, n-butanol, acetone and Glyoxylic Acid (glyoxylate). Our products are well sold in Mainland China and are sold to many overseas markets, including South Korea, Japan, Taiwan area, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Israel, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Jinyimeng Eco-Fertilizer Co., Ltd., our subsidiary company founded in 2003, is a leading corporation of processing agricultural and sideline products. Main products are N.P.K compound series fertilizer. The annual production capacity is over 1 million tons. Linshu Fangxing Foodstuff Co., Ltd. is another subsidiary company of our group. Main products include dehydrated vegetables like garlic, onions, shallots, strawberries and sweet corns. Our company has a total capital of RMB39.7 million, of which the capital assets are RMB25 million. There are 4 FD product lines and the total output is ten tons annually. We also have one AD product line which can produce 2000 tons a year and one preserving workshop which can produce 1000 tons a year. In order to meet the need of material quality, our company has built a non-pollution vegetable base of 2 million square meters. In the factory, there is a templet base of 133,333sqm for high quality vegetables, such as perilla and double-spore fungus. The material base in the county is 233,333sqm and the base of contract is 1,333,333sqm. 2400 farmers have subscribed the agricultural product planting and machining, and the income of them has increased by more than RMB4.5 million. Our company has won the attestations of HACCP, OU and American FDA as well as the attestation of machining organic products. Linyi Shuguang Chemicals Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of our group. Main products are Glyoxylic Acid. Annual production capacity is 20,000mt. Purity is 40%, 50%, 80% and others. Our products are well sold in domestic market and exported to Rhodia in France and others. Linshu Jinmaoyuan Pharmaceutical Chemicals Co., Ltd. is another subsidiary company. It is a special pharmaceutical chemical company. Main products are D-phenyl Glycine. Annual production capacity is 1500mt. Our products are well sold in domestic market and exported to India, the U.A.E and other countries and regions. Jiangsu Jinmaoyuang Biochemical Co., Ltd. is another big subsidiary company of our group. It is located in Ganyu County, Jiangsu Province. It occupies about 2800mu (near 140 hectares).
