The Specification and Characteristics of these Tubes are follows: The 18% min. Chromium content in type 304 provides Resistance corrosion and oxidation. The alloys metallurgical characteristics are established primarily by the nickel content (8% min) , which also extends resistance to corrosion caused by reducing chemicals. Inside bead and outside bead removed to improve quality and extend the range of use. For a better surface looks, bright annealing can be used. This will have a better illuminated effect and improve surface quality. Mechanical and physical Properties of the weld zone have been brought closely in line to the quality of stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes.
