| About | LIMAC Company Ltd. started our business in 1953. We were formerly named China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation (CMC) Liaoning Branch which acted as the main channel of state electromechanical products with high reputation in domestic and foreign markets. In 1993, we were among the first group of stock companies established in Liaoning and became the pilot enterprise with modern enterprise system in Liaoning. In 2000, we carried out listing counseling. In 2004, enterprise group was established. In 2005, we successfully landed in China capital market by the acquisition of Shenyang Hejin Holding Investment Co., Ltd. listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. We have been engaged in the trade of electromechanical products for a long time, accumulating profound market economy sense and rich market competence from fierce competition and linking crisis sense and survival sense into each of our developing stage. Since the establishment of our new directorate in November 2003, in order to actively cope with the change of situation and solve the bottleneck of trading enterprise, our directorate finalized the significant strategic plan of enterprise transition, leading our staff by grasping combination opportunity and using capital as a leverage for maximum returns, to change a small foreign trading oriented company into a group company based on industry and focusing on main business. Presently, our headquarters is in Dalian, Liaoning with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. We have become an enterprise group with the three main businesses of equipment manufacture, mineral resources development and international trading, assisted by the businesses in logistics, storage, real estate development and hi-tech. We have around 30 affiliates, distributed in Dalian, Shenyang, Dandong, Harbin, Beijing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and overseas countries, with a total of around 3000 staff. LIMAC and our affiliates have consummate production qualifications. Our main business includes: 1. Equipment manufacturing: equipment manufacturing in such industries as nuclear engineering and nuclear power station equipment, petrochemical and coal chemical equipment and pressure vessels; petroleum machinery such as oil pumping machines and vacuum furnaces. 2. Assembly manufacturing: snow sweepers, electric tools and garden tools, steel wire rope and its accessories, sprocket, capacitor, cutter, bit, seed processing machinery, oil mill and so on. 3. Mineral resource development: copper, gold and molybdenum, boron, nickel, vanadium, tantalum, niobium and zirconium. 4. Material manufacturing: nickel base alloy. 5. International Trading. 6. Real estate development. 7. Other investments. |
