With a manufacturing area of 600m2 and complete & advanced production machinery, our company can provide various services for customers, including structural design, sample making, mold making, injection and processing. The plastic materials used in our products are certified by UL and ROHS standards. From the initial design -> drawing -> mold-making -> sample to mass production, we pay attention to product precision. Furthermore, we adopt a computer auxiliary system to improve the flaws of man-made tasks and improve product quality to satisfy customers' requirements. With the advantages of several years of experience and a professional team, Lon-So obtained the reputation of on-time delivery and perfect quality from customers. To catch up with the new era, except for bringing in the most advanced automated equipment, we even cooperated with academic communities to grasp key techniques quickly and upgrade technology. In 1977, we established Lon-Ta Factory in Taichung Hsien. In 1984, we introduced the 4th injecting machine and built the 4th production line to begin the production of precision plastic parts. On May 9, 1986, we established LON-SO PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING CO., LTD. In 1987, we sold products to the USA, Europe and Australia, and were appointed as the export firm by large trading companies in Taiwan area. In 1995, we moved to Ta Chia (with a manufacturing area of 600m2) and enhanced service quality. In 1996, we added Take-Out-Robot to the molding machine to enhance all the precision plastic molding works and promote automated production. In 1997, we executed computerized works and simplified the working procedure to do industrial reform aggressively. In 2002, we enhanced plastic product development and design capacities. In 2003, we brought in embedded & vertical plastic injection M/C to provide the coating, nail-insert and double-color second procession works. In 2004, we built the 11th Plastic Injection Production Line. In 2005, we introduced 300T injection M/C and Take-Out-Robot. In November 2006, we built the 13th Precision Injection Molding M/C. In August 2008, we built the 14th Hybrid System Injection Molding M/C (Mold Clamp Force: 30-350 tons). |
