| About | Laizhou Huiyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture specializing in the manufacture of auto parts, such as brake rotors and brake drums. Currently, Huiyuan Machinery has assets of 50 million yuan and registered capital of 7.6 million yuan, covering an area of 34,000 square meters, including a construction area of 23,000 square meters. Our company employs more than 500 staff members, of whom 60 are professional and technical personnel. Located at the side of Yantai-Weifang Highroad and less than 170 kilometers away from Qingdao and Yantai, Huiyuan Machinery enjoys convenient transportation. Huiyuan Machinery has been engaged in producing brake rotors and brake drums since 1990 and currently presents more than 1,400 models of products which are exported to the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Japan. In 2002, Huiyuan Machinery started conducting OEM business in domestic market. So far, Huiyuan Machinery has developed 28 models in five vehicle series. Our nodular cast iron automobile wheel hubs and agricultural machinery parts have been put into mass production successively. Our main production facilities include 1 XZ42-7060A Horizontal Parting Slip Flask Molding Line, 20 molding machines, 3 1T induction furnaces, 2 5T cupolas and 80 CNC machines. Our annual casting capacity reaches 16,000 tons, and our production capacity amounts to 2 million pieces. In the quality principle of "Strict Management, Constant Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Customer Satisfaction", Huiyuan Machinery has well established the quality management system and quality control means, achieving overall quality assurance from casting to processing, cleaning, rustproof treatment, packaging, storage and transportation. In January, 2001, Huiyuan Machinery attained ISO9002 Quality Management System certification. In February, 2008 we got TS16949 Quality Management System certification. |
