The Lien Hwa Industrial Corporation, since its incorporation 1951as the Lien Hwa Tai-Chung Flour Mill, and followed in 1952 by the Nan-Kang Flour Mill, has always swiftly ascertained and fulfilled the needs of government, society, and industry. Lien Hwa subsequently diversified into industrial areas including gas production, and yacht construction. Lien Hwa was also a key founder of UPC in 1976, which has remained one of the underlying supportive elements in Taiwan's and MiTAC's development as world leaders of IT products. |
