| About | Lingshou County Xinfa Mineral Co.,Ltd is a limited liability company, which was founded in April 2002 and located in the North of Xin Village Zhengnan road, Lingshou County, Hebei Province. It is a professional manufacturer of ultra-fine mica powder, vermiculite and quartz, and began to produce in December 2002 with the annual production capacity is more than 10000 tons. Through the unremitting efforts of all the colleagues, our company was rebuilt in Lujiawa industrial park with 40 acres land in 2005. Until now, the area of the company has developed about 30000 square meters, including construction area of 10,000 square meters, office building of 10000 square meters, two sets worker dorm building with more than 900 square meters, green belts of 6,000 square meters outside the factory. And power facilities is 1000KFA. There are sixty eight employees in our company which include six elementary technicians,three intermediate technicians,three senior technicians and eleven sales staff. In 2003, the company was awarded "Valuing the Contract and Keeping Promise Unit" by Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Hebei Province. And it was awarded "Quality Measurement Trust Unit" by Technology Supervision Bureau of Lingshou County in 2005. There are thirteen workshops. Three forklift and one freight car . The main production equipment is about one hundred sets. The production capacity of various products has achieved to 10,000 tons with 100% product percent of pass. Workshops include: six ultra-fine grinding workshops with 36 ultra-fine grinding process equipment, and one forklift. one wet ground processing workshop with two mills and five classification equipment. one Mica pieces processing workshop with comminution, grading sieve, ventilation systems to remove sediment; one vermiculite processing workshop with one comminution equipment, one break equipment,two large-scale grading sieves, one small electronic weighbridge, oneforklift and one fork truck; one high-tech ultrafine grinding workshop classification with one large ultra-fine comminution equipment and a set of imported classification equipment . One quartz sand workshop with a set of medium-sized sieve shaker. One filler workshop with one mixing machine,one hot melt machine and one grading sieve. There is one colorful sintering quartz sand workshop. The main equipment include muller, sieve shaker, hot melt machine, dyeing machine, sintering furnace, cooling tower, filling machine, etc. There are three container trucks with three tons in the workshop and one freight car in the warehouse. The Quality Control Department is equipped with complete testing equipment, such as advanced laser particle size distribution meter, whiteness meter, high-precision electronic balance, vibrating screen, high-temperature furnaces, drying box, blender, PH value of measuring instrument, suction screen, the United States bulk density measurement device portable electronic balance, one mini-mill and more than 200 standard sieves and so on.
