| About | M & S Ltd was established in 2003 in the town of Rousse. Till April, 2007 the main part of the company's activities has been the production of machine units for cranes, ships, engine trucks, electric trucks, specialized vehicles, steel parts, welding constructions. Since April, 2007 M & S Ltd acquired the production capacities and activities of ZMM Sofia AD-a world-known company with long-lived traditions in the production of high quality machines and modern technologies. Taking advantage of the long-years experience and know-how of the company's specialists, M & S Ltd continued the production of CNC lathes, machine centers, universal lathes. About 95% of M & S Ltd production goes to export-Finland, USA, Germany, Swiss, Ukraine, Belarus. Main companys customers are the companies MONFORTS, ROLLS ROYCE-the ship building branch in Finland, MANITEX-the third biggest producer of cranes in the USA, METSO MINERALS-Finland, OBAL OA, SKAKO Denmark, STROIMASH, PROMDORSERVIS, SPARKY AD. The main aim of our engineers, technologists, constructors, programming specialists is the development and production of high technology products, able to satisfy the requirements of all company's clients. Nowadays M & S Ltd is an up to date enterprise, disposing of two production workshops and a staff of 201 people. |
