Our manufacturing plant equipped with state of art machinery is situated at pipe nagar (sukeli), via natothane, taluka roha, dist raigad, maharashtra 402 126, India. All products manufactured by us are subject to most stringent quality control procedures and a computerized trace of tube is maintained. We manufacture a wide range of seamless tubes ideal for various applications viz. Straight and u tubes for heat exchanger manufacturer and users, precision mechanical tubes for automotive and engineering components e. G. Specialty tubes for fuel injection systems, hydraulic systems, tubes for structural frame of chassis, axle tubes etc. We also manufacture tubes suitable for manufacturing of honed cylinders etc. Our manufacturing capacity of seamless tubes are more than 10,000 MT. Or 5 million meter per annum. The dimensional range for our tubes is between 5 mm o. D. To 100 mm o. D. Wall thickness 0.71 mm thick to 7.00 mm thick. Further we are going to manufacture ss grade tube products very soon. Our products and systems are approved by lloyds register, bureau varitas, eil, pdil, dnv, toyo udhe.
