| About | Our company (Marich Timber) is window scantling and finger jointed pine panel manufacturer based in Latvia. For more than 20 years of experience in window scantling manufacturing and export. Our production is highly valued in German and other European Union markets as well we export to U. S. and other world countries. Our product is generated from the standards of the institute of window technology in Rosenheim. This encloses that the scantlings are planed cleanly, free of knots, resin pockets, worm and insect infestation, blue stains and wane. Glued accordingly to DIN 68602 EN 204-D4. Our production is FSC and IFT certified. Finger Jointed Window Scantlings are made from three Finger Jointed Lamellas. The middle lamella is tangential, whereas the outer lamellas are radial (R / T/ R) . If the beam is glued from 4 or 5 lamellas, the inner layers are usually all tangential (R / T/ T / R or R / T/ T / T/ R) . All layers are completely free of knots or defects. Fixed Window Scantlings are made from fixed length (800mm-3000mm) knot-less lamellas (FIX) without the tooth-shaped lines. The outer lamellas are radial and the inner tangential (R / T/ R) . We are producing hiden finger joint panels, Lamella widths 19-26mm. Solid Wood FJ Panels (Butt-joint, Finger-joint, Full length lamella) . Pine, Birch, oak or ash. Thickness can be from 15mm to 45mm, width 1200, length up to 5000. Our company can supply 50 LKW (2250m3) window scantlings in a month, as well finger jointed panels up to 10 LKW in a month. There is a possibility to order processed birch furniture parts for furniture or bed frames. The price depends on sizes of scantlings, quantity, contract stability and payment terms. |
