| About | Company Profile MMTS is your trusted provider of quality engineering services, repairing and refurbishing injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion machines in the plastics industry. We manufacture and repair shredders, granulators, nibblers, screen changers, spaghetti heads and toggles, and do general engineering. We also recondition twin screw extruders. Our People The company employs 6 artisans, 16 semi-skilled workers, 3 technical support and sales representatives and 4 office staff. Market Leaders We have several competitors, but we hold the largest market share in high-end repairs and refurbishment of barrels and screws in South Africa. We are growing in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi. History MMTS began operation in November 1998, servicing users of plastics and rubber machinery in South Africa and beyond. It was also active in the field of general engineering. The company originally operated from premises of about 600 square metres, but in December 2000 moved to premises in Germiston which have more than 1 700 square metres of floor space, and four overhead cranes.
