We use our highest level contacts in Africa (NOT active in North Africa) to facilitate procurement of Mega projects mainly in Telecom, Affordable Housing and Power Plants. We get our very low cost finance from Exim China, China Development bank, or International relief funds. In the case of Chinese financing we use Chinese top EPCs such as Zhong Tie, CRCC, CRECG etc. . . If we are comfortable with cost and there is a demand for European or American Contractors we are aligned within the top global 30. We import Construction materials for own use, as well as Trading. We are into unique Realestate development (High Return: 30% + per annum over min 2 yrs. ) in such countries as: Lebanon, Mozambique, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sudan, The Gambia, Malaysia and Indonesia. |
