| About | I represent a Nevada-based trading company, PAMCO, which specializes in foreign manufacturer representation in the U. S. We also work jointly with foreign exporters. If you are a manufacturer, exporter, or both, and you are looking to sell your products in the U. S. Then PAMCO can represent you in the U. S. Market as your exclusive distributor or general U. S. Our market comprises of large wholesale buyers that don't want to deal with the complex importing process. Because we prefer to do business in the long-term with each supplier, we only select and work with trustworthy companies. We only deal on L/ C basis, and require strict compliance with U. S. Standards and buyer requirements. Our tolerance for defective products is very low, and have rejected whole containers in the past. Our contingency policy restricts payment only on acceptable percentage of units per container. In other words, if you deliver goods that are 80% satisfactory, then you'll only get paid for 80% of your delivery. That's firm, non-negotiable, and included on the terms and conditions of the L/ C release. In addition, if your delivery is less-than-satisfactory, we will not do business with you again, and we will not provide good reference in your behalf. This helps us maintain a solid, reliable network of suppliers, making us all a very good resource to our buyers.
