Seller sends draft contract, seller & buyer sign and seal the contract and lodge the executed contract With their respective banks. 5. Pof and POP exchange via swift bank to bank. 6. Buyer shall issue non-operative rtdlc (transferable) or pre-advice rtdlc to seller. 7. Seller issues 2% performance bond to activate the rtdlc or pre-advice rtdlc. 8.
