| About | We specialise in design and production of complete and multi-feed biodiesel plant from 10 MT/day capacity to 500 MT capacity or more, operating 3 shifts a day, and can operate on multiple types of feedstocks. Plant includes sections for storage of raw material,storge for methaol, degumming section, acid esterification section, trans-esterification section, vaccum distillation, glycerine layer separation, methanol recovery section, steam line with bioler, pneumatic line with compressor, totally automated electrical system, with auto/manual operation options, automation sofware with PC interface, records and reports. The plant with total inhouse design can operate on any type of raw material, including jatropha oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, palm oil and many other vegetable oils as well as their derivatives. The biodiesel produced shall be compatible with ASTM/EN standards, and the above capabilities can be demonstrated on a 10 MT/day and 100 MT/day plant in operation. |
