As a result of our strategy, we can not and we will not warrantee that each year our olive oil offered will have the exact characteristics in terms of taste, color etc, as it is impossible on an agricultural product to have each year the exact days of rain, sun and temperatures! There is no way us to try and either 'purify' nor 'improve' one of the characteristics of our bottled olive oil. You will buy and taste only the pure, naturally extracted olive oil each year. What our company can and will warrantee to you is that the olive oil offered is amongst the best there is in Greece each year.
