We have an excellent reputation to uphold to the Refinery so therefor have set up a Protocol. We only do business with End Buyer, buyer mandate or close to buyer. The soft offer price we can give you is USD 345 per MT at a minimum of 50. 000 MT x 12 mths. ( can be negotiated by receiving rightful documents) this soft offer is based on CIF ASWP. We can also supply Petronas D2 Oil which will be a bit more expensive due to quality. We suggest you do some research about other seller offers so you can conclude that the price they are asking for is much higher then we offer so why pay more. Serious buyers can contact us on which we fill send a NCND document which then will need to be filled in and send back to us. Onwards ICPO & BCL will follow and needs to be on a standby for the rest of the procedures. Specification of the D2 oil can be send to you on request feel free to ask us.
