| About | We mainly produce and sell mold parts. We produce the cavity and the core from the material arrangements based on 3D CAD data, and process the slide and rocking. Moreover, our company is skillful in the processing with the STL data. CAD is edited and designed with Free From based on the STL data. CAM enabled the smooth processing of the large-capacity data with STLCAM made by Makino fraise. We also produce molds for plastic and die casting. The metal mold up to 850ton class can be produced with the molding machine. We produce the products experimentally in Japan and could export them. We are able to correspond in a wide field from the part processing to the die production. |
