About	New Tabora Textiles (Tanzania) Limited was established in the November 2003 to Acquire the assets and operations of Government run spinning plant to Rehabilitate and modernize the biggest facility for production of 100% Cotton yarn in Tanzania. Plant located at Tabora, the heart of cotton Growing region of Tanzania, is designed by Tata consultants, India has Excellent layout on a built up area of 26000 sq. Meters, with installed Annual capacity of 6200 tons of cotton yarn with major thrust on Exports. Phase I Rehabilitation & modernization plan has been Completed to produce 10 tons cotton yarn / day. Tabora yarn is well Received in domestic and export markets meeting the quality standards Of both knitting and weaving industries. Our Product Range is as under: A. Carded Weaving Yarn Ne 16 / 1 Ne 20 / 1 Ne 24 / 1 Ne 30 / 1 Ne 20 / 2 Ne 24 / 2 Ne 30 / 2 All the weaving single yarn is hand knotted and double yarn is from Ring Twisters as such yarn will be suited for medium speed weaving Machine. Knotted yarn will be replaced by spliced yarn and double yarn With TFO's within next 6-9months B. Carded Knitting (Hosiery) Yarn Ne 22 / 1 Ne24 / 1 Ne 28 / 1 Ne 30 / 1 C. Combed Weaving Yarn: Ne 20 / 1 Ne 24 / 1 Ne 30 / 1 Ne 20 / 2 Ne 24 / 2 Ne 30 / 2 Ne 36 / 2 Ne 40 / 2 D. . Combed Knitted Yarn (Hosiery) Ne 24s Ne28s Ne 30s Total production would range from 400 to 500 tons / month We have fullly equipped Uster Lab to check quality of cotton and yarn.
