E was incorporated in the Year 2000 to produce and market roofing and waterproofing materials Comprising a comprehensive range of torchable and self-adhesive Bituminous membranes modified with APP and SBS polymers. Bitunil Was founded by a group of Egyptian, Arab and European entities with Professional and significant industrial and business experience and international exposure. The BituNil plant is built over and area of 20, 000 square meters located In Al-Max, Alexandria within the vicinty of 3 kilometres away from Alexandria port. The production line is considered one of the most Advanced for the fabrication of modified bitumen membranes in the World. It has a preliminary capacity of 7-9 million square meters per Annum and is fully equipped to manufacture quality products that Comply with internationally recognized standards. The BituNil labs are set-up with the state-of-the-art testing equipments For quality control, quality assurance and R& D. The preliminary material Tests are conducted by the Q. C division on the selectively procured Raw material to ensure its compliance with the required level of perfor- Mance during its service life time. These tests are based on most of the Established international testing methods including; ASTM, EN and UNI. Our products are designed to fulfil the needs of most architectural and Construction applications of different building types. The BituNil Membranes are produced with reiforcements such as Glassfibre, Non- Woven Polyester and Composite Polyester carriers. Bitunil mem- Branes comprise different types, which are modified with APP, APP & Elastomers or SBS polymers. Special membranes are engineered to Accommodate the requirements of spicific uses.
