| About | Ningbo Hailu Lighter Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of disposable electronic lighters that integrates production, trading and research. Located in the Zhoujiaduan Industrial Zone, Zhangqi Town in Zhejiang Province, we enjoy convenient access to a well-developed transportation network. Beilun Harbor is to the east and Shanghai is to our north. We have 329 National Highway and the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway nearby.
