| About | Established in 1992, Ningbo Happy Time Lighting Electric Devices Co., Ltd. is now one of the largest leading export-oriented manufacturers of magnetic ballasts, transformers and energy saving lamps in China. The 20 sophisticated production lines, operated by 800 employees in our 36,000 square meters of manufacturing facilities have upgraded our monthly output capacity exceeding 1.8 million pieces of ballasts and 1 million pieces of energy saving lamps.
