Production Capacity Huari mainly manufacture zinc and aluminium alloy die casting parts,precision machining parts,holding to design and manufacture mould ,owning itself plating capacity.Our mainly die casting products use in communication,auto,lighting,electrical ,locks,motor shell,hardware etc. Production Equipment Huari equipped with all kind of production equipment to assure to do and finish in shop,Doing so,to make sure to supply good quality,competitive price,and timely delivery. ----Mould equipment We equipped with whole precision mould device,including CNC machine center,EDM,Wire cut machine,Lathe,Milling machine,Planer,Grill machine etc.Almost mould-design and mould-making is finished in house tooling shop, beyond of full experienced worker effort,only only our tooling quality improved,but also reducing the cost of Tooling developing and delay our tooling life. ----Die casting equipment Our company introduced all kind of advanced die casting machine from abroad:including aluminium die casting machine(500T,400T,280T,160T) and Zinc die casting machine(100T,88T,50T). ----Plating equipment Yuyao Dongfang Electroplating Factory is a independent of electroplating factory which owned by the boss of Huari,Mr Jin.Located on Yuyao Ningbo,far from Huari about 1 hour distance.It found 1968 year,owning 30 years experience in plating industry.which have 4000 square meter area and 250 workers.Its mainly services include aluminum,zinc stainless steel,brass and steel plating,whose plating ways include silver plating,gold plating,pearl nickel plating,sand chrome plating,bronze plating,red bronze plating,nickel wire plating,nickel plating,chrome plating,aluminum oxide etc. ----Machining equipment Our Machining house equipped with CNC process center,CNC lathe,Taiwan drill equipment,Taiwan tapping machine,punching machine;Polish house equipped with shot blasting machine,hanging fishing-type shot blasting machine,belt polishing machine,hot air drying machine,vibration poshing machine and etc. Products Developing Huari owns full professional technical designers to design products and Tooling.Our company use Solid Work modeling software,we can open different format documents,including PDF,IGES,DWG,DXF,STEP,SLDDRW etc.If our customers can not supply OEM drawings,we can design it according to our customers samples,also supply right raw material choosing.From mapping,drawing,products and tooling design,producing craft making,raw material choosing,we own completely independent new products developing capacity.
