| About | Ningbo SPECAR Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SPECAR) is a Chinese manufacturer that supplies high quality products & parts to North American and European markets. It was merged in 2005 from a Chinese manufacturer and a US engineering firm (SPECAR International LLC) . The previous Chinese manufacturer has been in manufacturing business for over 20 years. We are a company of customer-driven, quality-focused, cost-sensitive and technology-updated. Our management team has a global vision and extensive experiences in Chinese manufacturing. We have two manufacturing facilities, located cross the street. Facility 1 is about 60, 000 ft2 and mainly used for tooling and parts manufacturing, including a tooling shop, different shops for stamping, injection molding, die casting, blade and reel manufacturing, grinding, tubing, etc. Facility 2 is about 70, 000 ft2 and mainly used for assembly and warehouse. Specar International LLC maintains as a US office for logistics and customer support. Therefore, we can deliver your products to your dock, just like a domestic supplier. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of big stamping parts, deep drawing parts, complexity injection molding parts and die casting parts. The other specialty is to make different kinds of blades and reel systems from non-contact reels for lawn mowers to heavy duty reels for golf / turf mowers. Over years we have developed leading-edge manufacturing technology that ensures our blades and reels having top quality and the best performance. For over 20 years, we have supplied a variety of quality products and parts to different industries from small home electric appliances, garden tools, lighting fixtures, machinery, water cleaning devices to automotive parts. The main products that we supply currently include manual / electric reel mowers, electric edge trimmers, geothermal components, grills, custom stamping parts, custom deep drawing parts and custom plastic parts.
