We have more than 115 years working and we have a big factory located in segovia, at 1 hour driving from Madrid. We have to factory, one of 115 years, already renovated obviously, and another with about 15 years, with ISO 9002 and all haccp plans. We produce cured ham and saussages like chorizo, salchicho, and lomo.
