We are a small, family-owned business, that has excellent extra virgin olive oil. Our estate is located on a small mountain near the sea in the Italian province of Lazio. Although there are many olive trees in this region, it's oil is not as well known inthe world as many other types of Italian oils as most of the olive trees are on smaller parcels of land and ued for family use. Therefore, our intent is to also allow small quantities of this oil to become available for those with more discriminating pallets and for those who appreciate the unique flavors that specific regions can provide. |
