It has been planned and machinery selection has been made specifically keeping in view flexibility and the changing market trends. The mill building layout and eventual production process have been laid and planned with the ISO 9000 Quality assurance program in view. The equipment comprises of the most modern microprocessor controlled machines to ensure optimum efficiency and production levels for weaving of top grade Grey fabric. Production Capacity The state of the art unit will produce Grey Fabric in 100pct cotton and polyester / cotton blends form fine shirtings to twills, satins and sheetings. Produce Range and Capability The weaving machine can weave Grey fabrics according to need of our customers. The goal is to go for value added articles from fine yarn count Ne30, Ne40, Ne60 and dense pickage cloth, catering to high tier market requirement of home furnishing, bed Linens, down proofs. Strategy Management of timely deliveries and quality assurance as per International Standard. To ensure a consistence quality and timely deliveries and shipments, we are carrying all the time yarn stock to cover our production. Quality yarn is sourced from World Class Spinning Unit confirming to the uster standard. A product development cell is also working under the General Manager assisted by textile technologists who keeps themselves updated with new developments and market demands for incorporating the same in the mills, in order to be in line with up to date innovations. As independent costing and cost control department has also been setup to monitor the inputs an costs, thereby ensuring as effective control on the product cost. |
