| About | Attn: Seller We need Bonny Light Crude Oil CIF .Based on Seller has to provide 2% Non operative Bond without any decoration after signing SPA. In addidtion the refinery will require authority letter from NNPC to prove owner. Also pleas do not send me anything for which u dont know the source cos i do not have the luxury of time to waste. If your seller has anything he should get his bankers to issue him draft PB which you need to attached with thiS SPA and send to me.
