| About | Just briefly about ourselves we are 100% Organic Vineyard / Winery specialising in Premium Chardonnay and Shiraz Wines. Established in 1970 we are one of Australia's oldest and largest Organic Vineyard / Winery establishment. With an annual production of 100, 000 half cases Approx 50 / 50 Chardonnay and Shiraz. We are committed to the very best quality wines for our consumers, and caring for the environment. Our wines are high quality made from low yielding vines 1-3 tons / acre and harvested only when the fruit is ripe, hence the full rich flavours.
